Redwood Construction Management is owned and operated by Marshall and Blake Waldron. We have worked side by side for more than two decades building custom homes, major renovations, additions, outdoor living spaces, and commercial projects across the Houston area.
Our background
Our grandfather was a craftsman. Our father started out building patio covers, pergolas, fences, and outdoor living spaces before moving into custom homes. We grew up around construction. We spent our careers on job sites, not in corporate offices.
How we work
We show up, we communicate, and we build it right the first time. That means proper sequencing, protecting your home during construction, and paying attention to the details behind the walls. In Houston, that also means understanding humidity, ventilation, and how a house holds up over time.

Custom homes from the ground up. Whole-home remodels and major renovations. Kitchens, baths, additions, and outdoor living. Commercial build-outs and tenant improvements. We take on projects across the greater Houston area and stand behind our work when the job is done.
